Located along the Red Sea in Jeddah, this collection of private villas and a main palace designed by Vincenzo Provenzano Architects and illuminated by White Ink Lighting Design embodies an exceptional dialogue between materiality, light, and landscape. The architecture draws from the textures of the coast—rough stone, warm wood, and reflective water—arranged in geometric compositions that balance solidity and transparency. ViaLighting’s collaboration in lighting supply and coordination ensures each surface is brought to life through subtle yet precise illumination. Soft up lighting enhances the rugged stone façades, creating a rhythmic pattern of shadow and reflection, while recessed linear lights trace the timber walkways and water edges, guiding movement through the space. Interior circulation corridors are illuminated by continuous black track systems, offering both functional precision and aesthetic minimalism. At night, the compound transforms into a sculptural landscape of light—textures glow, reflections shimmer, and architecture breathes.
